Privacy Policy
We don't track you. This site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party analytics service that shares data externally. There are no advertising trackers on this site.
We use one essential cookie: session state for navigation. It contains no personally identifiable information and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you submit the contact form, your message is sent directly via your email client using a mailto: link. We receive your email through our standard email provider. We don't store form submissions on a server or database — there isn't one.
If you email us at hello@helloxrpl.com, we receive your message and use it to respond to your inquiry. We don't add you to a marketing list without asking.
We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Full stop.
This site is hosted as static files. Our hosting provider may log standard server access data (IP address, request timestamp, user agent) for security purposes. We don't control or review those logs in normal operation.
Entity Disclosure
This site is operated by Based Software, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. HELLO Consulting is a brand and operating name used by Based Software, LLC — it is not a separate legal entity.
All contractual engagements are with Based Software, LLC. Any reference to "HELLO Consulting," "HELLO," or "we" on this site refers to Based Software, LLC operating under the HELLO Consulting brand.
The $HELLO token was issued by Based Software, LLC on the XRP Ledger. It is a community token and is not registered as a security in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this site or in the $HELLO community section should be interpreted as a securities offering.
